90°C Excess Flow Valve
The 90 degree Excess Flow Valve is a normally open, in-line safety device that acts to limit the flow of liquids or gases out of a pressurized system. While it will pass normal flow rates, it will close when the flow rate exceeds the preset value. This occurs in the event when a pressurized system is opened to atmosphere due to pipe rupture or hose breakage or due to incorrect process operation.
